This scenario-based course was built after a needs analysis revealed a skill gap on how to hold difficult conversations. The learning coaches participants as they follow six steps to having difficult conversations through real-world scenarios. 

Storyline Systems Simulation Training

This course was developed as part of an installation series for the organization's installation technicians. The project included transferring current training delivered in a manual form to interactive systems training to provide practice in the system before technicians used the live installation environment. 

Multimedia Microlesson: How Bees Pollinate

This multimedia lesson adheres to Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Instruction. This learning is intended to be displayed on an informative website to spread awareness of bee population decline.

I used PowerPoint to create a self-running interactive presentation designed to be displayed at a Kiosk.  The presentation informs potential clients of Secret Garden Landscaping's services and work.

This interactive 3D model eLearning project is designed to inform people interested in the new scientific proposal to bring back a woolly mammoth hybrid from extinction.
