Needs Assessment Plan
Process
I completed this proposed needs assessment to determine the gap between the current condition and ideal condition of an organization and offered an outline of sampling procedures, data collection processes and implementation procedures including a timeline and budget. This assignment was selected by my professor to be a sample assignment for future courses.

Currently I utilize approaches used in this needs assessment, specifically the needs assessment analysis questions, during initial intake meetings with stakeholders to determine the gap between current and desired state and to identify whether a training or non-training solution is needed.
