Process

This course was developed as part of an installation series for the organization's installation technicians. The project included transferring current training delivered in a manual form to interactive systems training to provide practice in PLUS client (the software system) before technicians used the live installation environment.

• Complete a Quick Service L250 installation appointment using PLUS Client.
